Service Description

Please call us for you emergency door repairs. If your garage door has suddenly stopped working, is stuck open, or poses a safety risk, please call us directly for urgent assistance. We offer fast emergency garage door repairs across the North Brisbane & Moreton Bay Region, including Caboolture and Redcliffe. Same-day response available subject to technician availability. Additional call-out fees may apply outside standard service areas.


Cancellation Policy

At Eagle Door Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality service across all garage door installations, repairs, and maintenance. Please review our booking terms and service disclaimer carefully before confirming your appointment. 1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% is payable on the day of service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payment options: Bank transfer (details provided on invoice) Secure credit card payment link 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours notice: Deposit refundable or transferable 24–48 hours notice: Deposit may be transferable at our discretion Less than 24 hours or no-show: Deposit forfeited If we are required to reschedule due to weather, illness, or supply delays, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time. 3. Service Warranty & Liability Disclaimer We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all services and parts supplied and installed by Eagle Door Solutions, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Queensland Fair Trading regulations. 🛑 We do not accept liability for: Faults or failures of existing components not supplied by Eagle Door Solutions Third-party products or parts installed by other providers Wear and tear or misuse outside of reasonable product use Any claim raised after 12 months from the service date, unless otherwise mandated by law If an issue arises with a non-supplied component during or after our service, we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee performance or provide warranty support for these items. 4. Client-Supplied Equipment or Components Where a customer requests installation or servicing of client-supplied parts or equipment, the following applies: We will assess and install/repair the item to the best of our ability We will not be held liable for malfunction, damage, or failure of any parts not provided by Eagle Door Solutions No warranty will apply to labour or materials for non-supplied items We recommend using only trusted brands and components supplied through us to ensure product reliability and warranty coverage. 5. Limitation of Liability Our liability is strictly limited to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law. In no event will Eagle Door Solutions be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from any service.
